We are open and happy to welcome you back to a safe and remarkable stay. 

It is possible to access your room without passing through the front desk area?

Please take a moment to download our Mobile App prior to your arrival so you can use your phone to check in, for keyless entry to your room, to make special requests during your stay and to quickly check out.

Did anything change with Checking in & out?

  • Our Mobile App can be utilized to check in and out.
  • Queuing through floor decals and stanchions.
  • Signage throughout the lobby reminding all guests about physical distancing requirements.
  • Front desks will have temporary physical barriers such as Plexiglas installed for added protection.
  • Hand Sanitizer Dispenser will be available in the lobby.
  • During check-in, guests are provided COVID-19 information with hotel policies regarding distancing and personal protective equipment.

What is the current cancellation policy?

We remain committed to offering you flexible booking and cancellation options. Given these unique circumstances we are making adjustments to booking policies:

  • Government Restriction Regions. In regions affected by government-issued travel restrictions, we will continue to waive change fees or offer full cancellation with refunds.

Have your public spaces, such as your lobby, changed?

We have increased our staffing of public area attendants to support increased frequency of cleaning surfaces, with EPA approved cleaning agents. We have modified the placement of furniture to support our Social Distancing protocol and we ask all guests to leave a minimum of 6 feet of distance between one another for their protection and the protection of others. Hand Sanitizer stations are available throughout the property.

What has The Opus, Westchester changed in regards to guest room housekeeping?

  • In-room housekeeping service will be provided upon request during your stay.
  • Additional linens, towels and toiletries are available by contact free delivery by contacting the Front Desk.
  • Rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean guest rooms.
  • Decluttering of guestroom and removal of reusable items from guest rooms including, but not limited to minibar offerings, collateral, and directories.

Is The Opus, Westchester’s fitness center open?

Yes, the fitness center is currently open and Social Distancing is required.

What are my dining options at The Opus, Westchester?

The Lobby Lounge is open and is serving Breakfast and Dinner. Kanopi is open for Dinner Thursday – Saturday. Our seating has been redesigned to incorporate plenty of space for social distancing protocols. We’ve increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, added the use of face coverings by our staff and new menu presentation protocols.

  • Grab ‘N Go items are available in the Lobby Lounge daily from 6:30 am.
  • Coffee will be available in the Lobby Lounge daily from 6:30 am.
  • Breakfast is available in the Lobby Lounge Monday – Friday 6:30 – 10:30 am.
  • In Room coffee makers are available.

Other things I might want to know prior to arrival or during my stay?

  • The pool is open daily and social distancing is required.
  • The Fitness Center is open 24 hrs and social distancing is required.

Yes, all guest rooms have mini refrigerators that are sanitized before each guests stay.

Is The Opus, Westchester still offering dry cleaning and laundry services?

Yes, we do have valet laundry & dry-cleaning service available 7 days a week for our guests.

Are there Grab & Go Food and Drinks available at The Opus, Westchester?

  • Snacks & beverages are available for purchase in the Lobby Lounge.
  • Coffee & Tea is available starting at 6:30 am in the Lobby Lounge.

What is the The Opus, Westchester doing to assist guests with staying clean and safe?

We have taken the following steps to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene:

  • Our hotel teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating procedures.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning of all public areas (including the lobby, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.)
  • We have increased the deployment of hand sanitizers in all public areas.
